This course provides a comprehensive and practical understanding of internal control systems and their critical role in strengthening organizational governance, managing risk, and ensuring operational integrity. Participants will explore the foundational concepts of internal controls, including their purpose, objectives, and the responsibilities of management and employees in establishing a strong control environment.
