ويبدأ الكورس باستعراض خطوات تأسيس S1 Link بين محطات المحمول و بين core network
ثم يناقش الكورس خطوات عملية Attach والتى يقوم بها جهاز المحمول لتسجيل نفسه داخل الشبكة ويتم فيها تبادل رسائل متنوعه بين مكونات الشبكة المختلفة مثل HSS , MME
