We’ll work through affinity mapping, user journey mapping, writing strong problem statements, and creating How Might We questions. These are the tools designers use to move from raw observations to confident design decisions.

Each lesson follows a simple, repeatable structure. First, I’ll explain the concept and why it matters. Then we’ll walk through a real example together in FigJam. Finally, you’ll try it yourself with guided exercises based on realistic scenarios and practical examples.
