To experience the practices in this course, you’ll need paper and a pen.
A notebook, scrap paper, pencil, or ballpoint pen is perfectly fine—
no special tools are required.
Through simple writing exercises using Zen phrases and your own feelings,
you will spend quiet time writing on paper and gently connecting with your inner self.
