- Gain an introduction to what it means to work with clients and manage projects, including the stakeholders and why this course is important.
- Creating a Process to Source Clients
- This lesson will help you source clients for your digital freelancing business, including using freelancing platforms and social media and sending expressions of interest.
- Negotiate a Project Scope and a Pricing Framework
- Scoping a project, selecting the right pricing framework for a job, service agreements and project structures are all things that will be covered in this lesson.
- Managing Projects
- Learn best practices for communicating with clients and managing projects. By the end of this lesson, you will be familiar with some project management tools and run through a few scenarios.
- Completing Projects
- Being able to communicate the completion of project deliverables and securing payment are necessary components of freelancing projects and will be covered by this lesson.
- Working with a Mock Client
- This project will give you the opportunity to demonstrate the skills you’ve learned in this course by working with a mock client to practice the initial communication stages.
