I went on to become the Operations and Supply Chain Director of J&J Consumer India in 1998 and Regional Franchise Operations Director in 2003 for J&J Asia Pacific based in Singapore
During these years, I learnt all about managing the Operations and Supply Chain of these organization to deliver required products and services to customer while reducing the cost of goods and time taken
